Dos and Don’ts of HCG Diet Phase 1

Here are some of the things that you should do during the first phase of HCG diet:

  • Do deep breathing on a daily basis.
  • Sleep for eight hours a day ideally between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
  • Walk for one hour each day outside your house.
  • Drink one-half to one gallon of pure water daily. The water should also have coral calcium.
